What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the form or by email, we receive your name, company, email address, phone number if you give it, your message and, if you ask for a call back, a good time to call.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our website host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal. Our lawful bases are our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.
Who handles it for us
- Our website hosting provider, which processes form submissions and keeps the server logs.
- Microsoft, which provides our email.
Both act on our instructions. Some of this processing may take place outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards in place.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless they become part of a project record we need to keep for longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@mousaconsultancy.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
